Refund policy
Hey Queen, for delivering your precious picks, our team ensures maximum care and safety of the order; however, unlike a toxic ex, we won't break your heart (damaged products will be considered :) )
Refunds/Exchanges are only allowed in exceptional cases where the customer receives a damaged item.
- For claiming a refund/ exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory to be made within 24 hours of the date and time of receiving the order.
- The unboxing video of the claimed product shall be mailed to shopatkantii@gmail.com. You can also DM us on our Instagram handle.
- The support team would view and either approve/reject the refund/exchange request within 1-2 days from the date of mailing.
- The decision of approval/ rejection for the claimed product will be informed to you via email as well as the contact number given in the order details.
- If the claim is approved, the procedure to refund/exchange will be communicated to you by the Support Team personally.
- In cases of refund, where the order payment was opted as Cash On Delivery, we will refund the amount as per the given bank details after getting in touch with you.
- Items once delivered in the promised condition will not be subject to exchange for another design/product
- Exchange of damaged order, will be done only after the team approves the unpacking video, the exchange shipping fees of Rs. 100 will apply
Please Note: Partial amount paid for Orders placed through Partial COD will NOT be refunded if the order is refused to be accepted, especially after confirmation call/messages
